Patrons attending events / venues need to be treated with respect and courtesy by all staff working at the venue; in particular by the front of house staff. Event Staff Personnel (ESP) recognizes and acknowledges that when engaged to work at any venue we become the ‘face’ of the venue and the Client. To that end, the customer must be extended every courtesy possible.

ESP event staff are professional and standards of etiquette who will enhance your patron’s experience. Our event staff are fully experienced and trained from front of house staff greeting your guests, usher to direct and seat patrons, gate staff for the larger outdoor events to our RSA Marshallers who are accredited with responsible service of alcohol.
